Need 1100 pcs

brass

.05" thick

.169" dia disk. Both sides must be clean / faced, this is a cosmetic dot in a 0.17" blind hole.

Thickness should be held +-.0005

A cosmetic dot faced to .0002? (2 tenths?) That surely is a typo or something more than cosmetic.

It's got to fit, no sticking up or down. Has to be flush with the surface.

Get as close as you can...If they stick up a thou you'll be getting them all back.

Changed the tol to .0005, guess that was a bit silly eh?

close tolerance on cosmetic peice

Hello, I can see how it would be critical on somthing like a fret board. so I under stand the need. I've sent alot of string to an early grave cause of that. I don't know your application, but would be glad to quote. I'll get back a bit later today!

The holes that the disks go into would also have to be made in the plus side of the tolerance for the disks to fit flush.

Hi you say "Both sides must be clean / faced" what would be the acceptable surface finish as I don't want to be getting then back.
