Problem with CTX400F Gildemeister chuck SOLVED

For months we have been trying hard to solve the problem with our machine.
We had asked Gildemeister Europe for help and we arrived nowhere. Now we engaged the services of a company in England (UK) CNC Express, Managed by a very Nice Guy Howard Bradshaw, who came to our assistance. came and fixed everything. The problem was one of the sensors. Took one off from another Gildemeister. I did change the sensor but the one which was faulty was the one i never changed!!!!!
The Engineer tried to disable the sensors but said it is impossible with the type of circuitry which makes check against check, However the machine design is so stupid.
It will work with the sensors removed and hanging on their leads. In fact the Engineer showed me how to move them out of the way up and to the extremes and the machine will run ok.
Any guys needing any help in UK wiht their Fanucs or Heidenhains. Express CNC is the best service yet. They have also helped in increasing the memory of the machines very cheaply.
