I have a Dotco air grinder that is made for the purpose to be setup in machines like Peter showed.

The electric grinder I posted above has a Baldor 1/2 hp 3600rpm motor. The spindles pictured have a pair of angular contact bearings at the grinding end and a single bearing at the other.
