Are any of you guys (and gals) using Robotmaster as an offline programming tool to generate the programs to move your robot?
I'm investigating using either a Fanuc or Kuka high accuracy robot utilizing a 10 HP spindle as a tool to mill some reasonably complex 3 D parts. Accuracy isn't supre critaical at +/- .015" or so.
I'm curious how small arc and line segments actually appear in the finished product, and if path accuracy is as good as claimed. Have you been able to integrate a 7th axis rotary table with the robot motion to spin the stock.
My plan would be to use Robotmaster as an add on to Mastercam X4.
