Anybody got alarm 157 Mocon Watchdog Fault before?

I can't Reset that alarm when turn on the machine.

I try replace a new mocon board from Haas by myself. But it still got alarm 157.

I see on manual,

Alarm 157: The self-test of the MOCON has failed. Test +12, -12, and +5 volt power at MOCON PCB. Unreliable power from LVPS can cause this alarm. Check alarmhistory for Axis Drive Faults. Afaulty axis driver can cause fluctuated or imbalanced low volt power to logic stack. Problem may be caused by a shorted coolant level sensor, voltage sensor from vector drive, or thermocouple sensor from X-axis ballscrew (lathe). Disconnecting cables, one at a time, on P34, P26, , P27, P28, P17, P21, and P22, may isolate the problem.

I checked power from LVPS is ok.

Pls help if you have any ideas about this alarm.

Thanks & Regards,

I haven't had the alarm on a Haas but I did have a similar alarm on a Brother tapping center and it had something to do with a line of bad code in a program sent to the machine. I deleted the program and it got rid of the alarm, I resent the program to the machine and I got the alarm again. Got rid of the program for good and never had the alarm again.
