Baileigh made in USA?

Wonder if this equipment is USA manufactured? I have seen some Baileigh products here in the UK and it looked to me like slickly marketed and very costly Chinese made?

Some is us made. I had a rotary draw bender of theirs which was usa made and of good quality. I lot of stuff is over priced chinesium that can be bought much cheaper else where

I guess then very much like present day Snap On tools, which are mostly from the far east now?

yup, in March the NYC venture capital boys that own Jet, Wilton, and Powermatic bought Baleigh. Expect to see the same basic products sold under different brands.

alot of their cutters are made in spain, still largely made in the US though. Almost all of their power tools are chinese.

Well our college has a plasma cutter from them and the screen is covered in chinese writing, so I'd say no, unless something changed in the last two years. Overall, it's pretty poor quality.
