I bought a Bridgeport with an M head a few years ago and would like to upgrade to a 2j or a j head to get the advantages of the r8. I apologize if this has been answered before but I have not yet found a definitive answer on this question in particular. My machine is a 54.... sn putting it as a 63 model it does not have the round head as others have talked about. The m head sn is 25261, can I put a j head in this machine or Not. Thank you
