YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will gel, when you pour it out you will see jelly clumps and they will plug up things. Granted my half full gallon jug was around 8 years old but it was stored in my well pump house so the temperatures are between 40 and 60f year round.
Got a guy trying to sell a 55 gallon barrel he's had stored sealed for roughly 5 years.

Got some #2 and #4 in 1 gal containers. Bought in 2004 and stored inside. Viscosity has not changed. Always pours like maple syrup.
