Help me ID this mill

Guy wants 4k no tools or vice.
Can somebody shine light on this machine and anything I should look for specifically

Around here there is no way that machine would get 4000 bucks. That was an early tracer type of machine, the t-slot turret was so you could hang multiple heads on it. As it is, the head can be rotated left or right but not front to back. That big casting on the front of the Y axis is either a hydraulic or some type of electric motor left over from it's original build. Machine was obsolete by the time I started at Bridgeport as a service tech in the early 80's.
It has no where near the versatility of a regular Bridgeport, I'd stay far away from it.
