Help needed finding a Hardinge Lathe part...

I have a 1985 Chucker. With the spindle running at lower speeds everything is ok, after a minute or so with the speed 2500 or above the lathe will power off. This is with no load/cutting.

There are 9 breakers/heaters at the lower part of the machine. The three center ones labeled C0.87A can be reset after a little while and everything is normal again. This is a new machine to me, and I am not an electrician, so I am guessing at what the issue may be.

Looking at other threads people have said it was the heater.

I am using a RPH so the power should be clean.
The white on L3 is my generated leg.

Could something else cause them to trip?

Thanks in advance!!!

Guess work this but...

What is the temperature of the belts and variator ? I have known a worn centre sheave to cause an abnormal load resulting in very hot belts and variator.

A continuous high load might lead to thermal overload trip and often one trip tends to make the ol device prone to repeated tripping.

I have an '86 HCT. I though all that stuff in the cabinet looked impressive, but then I tore it all out and hooked the motor to a VFD with the belt variator set midpoint. No problems.
