I don't know how to modify the picture after uploading. It's a bit confusing. I will modify it slowly after I get familiar with the forum in the future.
This lathe is an unexpected harvest. The foundation is very good. I will gradually transform it to be more convenient to use in the future.

    Default reiden lathe

Yes, this is a high precision lathe, and it is used very carefully, so the wear is very small (negligible), but due to the age of the production technology, the function is not very convenient, I need a very big modification.
    1. Ball grating ruler, NewAll.Electric walking (cutting); 3. Fast moving; 4. Position setting mode.5. Digital control.
Now has completed 1/2/3, still need more time to perfect, I will work hard!I also hope to get more and better suggestions, thanks for your reply2020_11_13_17_16_img_2711.jpg2020_11_28_17_46_img_2963.jpg2020_12_02_11_34_img_3014.jpg2021_01_04_08_42_img_3774.jpgATTACH]

"Slowly" will not do. You have a max of around 21 hours to edit, delete, or replace text or attached fotos uploaded to PM.

"Linked" fotos - actually stored elsewhere - have whatever editing window conditions that third-party service imposes. Remote changes usually "break" a link one can no longer alter on PM. A(ny) such PM post can only be updated by a "moderator".

"China" is not a small place. Province or city would be welcome. Some among us even know the differences. By more than one type of measure.

Thank you very much for your message.
Very strange problem: I choose the right direction of the pictures, but after the release of the wrong direction, very helpless!

Use "preview". And/or just post immediately, not 25 hours later.

If No Joy? Edit & delete the internal Database "OID" (Object IDentifier) AKA local link where the numerals are the functional OID.

    It has this form: {ATTACH=CONFIG}313669{/ATTACH}

But with "square" brackets rather than "curly" brackets.

Once a graphic has been uploaded? It may be called-out anywhere, and many times without need of the PM server storing a second or subsequent copy. The OID uses the original until the contributor deletes it.

As one can do. Look at your stored images when in the Edit Advanced upload panel.

See also our resident "Wound Collector", Walla-Walla-Whining-Wild-Turdkey, "donie", the small-d-COVID-orphaned drama-queen when he goes all senile-petty and infantile, deletes all his old fotos to make it look as if WE were the nut-jobs and he was actually the sane one, whilst... planting onions?

Go figure no ones buys into that nonsense, pictures or not!

Rotate and save the source graphic on your workstation. Never mind if it looks wrong THERE.

Try uploading the altered graphic again until it looks proper on PM.

    Repeat until it does do.

    Tedious, but simple.

Same as "Kung Hei Fat Choy" really means "Gonna PAY, Fat Boy!" And off I go to stuff money into red packets.

    Clever people, those Chinese...

The original electromechanical machine (fast walking) was 0.75KW-2800R, with insufficient low-speed torque, so the Siemens 440 originally used had to be removed and replaced with a servo motor

PLC control will make the control a lot simpler, but also there will be more functions can be easily realized

Yes, the main purpose is that the electron is given in, which can be very convenient to change to the speed of the machine, and the mechanical suspension wheel is convenient to go in, and it is also convenient to switch to the direction of the direction, with the video simple demonstration use technique!

    Default reiden lathe quick-change

Recently I bought two quick-change knife boxes. I am very disappointed after receiving them. The quality is poor, the size data is wrong, and the screws are shaking badly.Final conclusion: seriously unqualified!
    2021_02_23_10_48_img_4600.jpg

But they can only be revised
    2021_02_23_12_39_img_4646.jpg

It came with the original!Very beautiful
    2021_02_23_16_16_img_4658.jpg

I'm going to do a couple of them myself as soon as I can, and I'll do a few more videos

    Nice job on the toolholders
On the video I see the carriage reverses when hitting the endstop
    But without rectracting the crossslide
    That will mark your workpiece
