My quill doesn't go up all the way, getting to a hard stop inch and a half or so from the trip plunger by what seems like quill stop knob hitting the edge of the skirt. I was wondering if perhaps the previous owner installed a longer skirt from another head... are there different variants of those skirts for different quill travel lengths ? Thanks!
