Shopping for a HV6 Rotary Table

Hi Guys,

I'm shopping for a rotary tables and I'm wanting to buy a new Cadillac for used Ford money. I have always bought Yuasa brand rotary tables and they never have disappointed me. However, I'm no longer generating income so my wife has changed my spending habits. For those of you that might be shopping for a rotary table then I have a brand new Yuasa HV8 that has never been mounter on a machine and I would like to sell it. I've been getting a discount at the buffet for 20 years so I'm not as strong as I once was. I used to be able to lift my Yuasa HV12 on the machine with my bare hands and now I struggle with a 6" Kurt vise. That's why I'm shopping for a smaller table.

Tell me about your rotary table purchase and your opinion of what you bought.

I installed a length of barn door tract over the mill table to let the hoist/ tackle blocks etc. do the lifting.

You can install a length for less effort than trying to replace the 8" rotary with a 6" then find that the 6" is too small!
