Spindle Clutch Lever Thread Pitch

Well my mill is a V/S so can't pull it out to look. And it has been 3-4 years since I worked one that area. If course thread looking my next idea would be 5/16-18.

In a pinch, one can screw in a wood dowel, It can be ground down to a Go-in size with using the side of a bench grinder wheel. Very often that will give enough marking to check the pitch.

For a rough idea one can try the shank end of drills, so knowing the tap drill size will often tell the approximate size.

Unless it is a metric machine and possible a metric thread
If so send the machine to Germany where someone will have a set of metrics drills To try.

Here is a Mettrick.
