After reading lots of great opinions of the pros and cons of both high cost and low cost CAM software, it'd be great to get opinions and comments.

We are making medical implants and instruments, using Solidworks as our CAD. Our protoype shop will center around a 5 axis VMC, either a Fanuc Robodrill or an Okuma M460. Also a swiss, either a STAR or Citizen, e.g. the STAR SR20J. Important is software from one supplier, we're considering Espirit, Mastercam, and Delcam. We're not concerned with production speed but need a single software for both machines. So it's ease of use and flexibility that will be key. For example, when our protoypes need quick feature changes, how important is it that the program is "tied together" with Solidworks, to enable quick edits? What about the post processors for these machines, are they well supported?

Thanks in advance for your input.
