Facing Rip issue while "Failed to add a rip" converting solid into sheet metal

Am badly stuck in this position, while converting my solid part into sheet metal am facing this, I have tried gauge table and other properties but don not know what I am missing. Any help or advise would be highly appreciated.

What happens when you click "Convert to Sheet Metal" and "Collect All Bends" and manually set thickness instead of a gauge table?

If the part is not "flatten-able" it might be giving you issues.....??

Since I don't do a lot of sheet metal, and the sheet metal I do is made from scratch by me, I don't ever see this issue. If you're having problems flattening an import, I would call my VAR and ask one of their application engineers. I call it "back up and punt"
