Help needed thread milling 1/2" NPT

I cannot find my old copy of the Machinery handbook to try to find the major/minor dimensions to start at for cutting this thread.

Major and minor paper dims would be a great help. I do not need this to be tapered as all I am trying to do is attach some 1/2" loc line to a fixture I made and the lockline part has no measurable taper (assuming to self seal, but I do not need a seal in this application).

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
