Machining at an angle with Haas Y-axis lathe / Inventor CAM

Hi,
Is it possible to mill a flat area that's situated at an angled plane without using a 5-axis machine? Basically just doing the same as mitering with a saw would achieve. In the CAM I was able to orient the endmill as I planned to set it in my adjustable angle live tool. However, when the code was generated in the post then it came up with an "unsupported" error message.

Similarly - would it be possible to drill at an angle with the non 5-axis machine that I've got? Like a peck cycle at an angle? Was hoping that the post might work some magic and interpolate movements in all three axis to emulate working along an angled plane.

Not sure if it's my machine (ST-30Y), my CAM (Inventor CAM "Ultimate") or my limited skills that are holding me back here, but might be all of the above:)IMG_20201020_233748.jpg
