Powermill internal SFM Calculator

Hey all, Noticed a bit of a discrepancy using the internal Feeds and speeds calculator on Powermill 17 as follows.

Powermill input

1" Dia. Tool 4Fl
30 SFM
.003 IPT

Powermill outputs

573 RPM
7.16 IPM

By hand

3.82*30/1=114.6 RPM
114.6*.003*4=1.375 IPM

Quite a bit of difference there anyone else use this software and noticed it/fixed it?

Not a powermill user but is it taking radial WoC into account in chip thinning?

Not familiar with powermill, but 573 rpm would be 30 sfm for Ø.200"
Could the tool be setup as Ø.200" and just named 1" Dia. Tool 4Fl?

It seems to do so in corners but generally speaking no.

Tool is setup as 1.01"

Figured it out, this was someone elses project that I took over and he had a box ticked on the speeds and feeds of 3 or 4 processes out about 20. The box is called "Working Diameter" and he had it set at 1" DOC with a 0 degree angle which spit out some really wonky numbers. Would have welded the cutter to this 316SS. I believe this is meant more for use with finishing slopes with ball nosed tools.
