Preventing tearout on facing passes (carrier side)

Using HSMWorks (actually HSMXpress). Milling DuraBar cast iron, taking a facing pass using built-in facing cycle. Getting tearout when the face mill leaves the cut, on the outside corner. Added a step beforehand to clip the corner with an endmill, but would prefer not to have to do this.
Facing Cycle Settings:
  • 1-1/2" Iscar 6-insert milling cutter, 800 SFM .0031 fpt
  • .125 DOC, 1.19 max WOC
  • .020" finish stock
Near as I can tell, tearout happens in the last roughing pass, and the chip is too big to be faced off with the finishing pass. Any suggestions?

Same as Fusion I believe, facing options are painfully lacking. I believe you have to program it as an open pocketing operation to contour/spiral in from the outside while climb milling so you are always cutting into the part and not out of it.
