Reversal and clean up

In NX CAM, there is a reversal mode. Can anyone explain what is it all about? Thank you so much

Are you talking about reverse in the toolpath editor? If yes, I think most people used it in older NX versions to reverse a mirrored operation. In later versions, at least NX 11 and 12, you can easily maintain cut direction in the mirror dialog. What version are you using?

NX 10. If it is not used for a mirrored operation, does it mean that the reverse is to mirror the toolpath within the current operation?
