Strange thing discovers creo cutline milling

Strange thing discovers in creo manufacturing. I use cutline to machine this surface.. after machining the surface I see a line on the surface .. when I investigate..this thing come out ... what is this can someone have the same experience.. looking advice on how to get rid of this issue.

It could be either a bad surface or a Creo bug. Sometimes an easy trick is to adjust the step down a small amount and perhaps also tweak the operation tolerance a little.
