Write thread milling cycle for one hole as a sub-program, then call out locations in your main program. You may even be able to use the G150 to call your thread milling cycle and just list locations

Does your control support 3D helix moves? If so, configure Mastercam to emit G2/G3's instead of a zillion G1's. G2/G3 treadmill programs are just a few lines.

    Regards.

You might think that at first, but there are ways to do a sub with absolute coordinates. Research G52.
