Default CNC Programmer/setup relocating to Florida

Hello, I run the Mazak department with 3 Mills and 3 Lathes in our shop. From print I draw, program, setup, machine, and first piece each part before handing off to the operators. While they are running production I work on prototypes and small runs. My wife and I decided to move our family from Rochester, NY to Florida. My parents have a place in Port St. Lucie we wll be using as base to setup work and our own housing etc. I would appreciate any leads. Thank you so much in advance.
