LEMD is a fast growing automotive aftermarket manufacturing company. We are a small family owned business based out of Windsor, Co. We provide the automotive aftermarket market with high mix low volume manufacturing solutions.
This role's objective is to increase spindle utilization and product output, by working directly with the owner of the company.
For this position you must be a forward thinking person willing to think outside the box. You must be able to utilize technology to maximize time efficiency . The role also requires pride in your work and willingness to go the extra mile. If you want to be personally involved in the entire creative process and not just pushing buttons and making parts, this is the perfect job for you.

List of responsibilities
- Taking a project from modeled design to machined completion
- Programming parts and related fixtures for prototype and production jobs
- Making material and tooling lists for each project
- Cut raw stock to accurate size for machining
- Ability to work with designer on manufacturing limitations and problem solving solutions
- QC parts to specifications provided
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- 4-6 years experience
- 2 years min. Fusion 360 experience
- HASS cnc mill setup and operation
- Prototype machining experience
