Hi everyone! I need help in our machine shop by an experienced CNC/manual operator.
Komline-Sanderson makes highly engineered process drying machines that are used for reducing the environmental impacts of wastewater, incinerators and whole host of other industrial and municipal processes. The manufacturing machine operator will be responsible for operating several manual and CNC machining tools to produce a variety of precision parts for to support our growing sales of industrial drying equipment and systems.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating large horizontal lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc. to machine cast iron and stainless steel precision parts
- Operating CNC milling machines, including DMG Mori NLX4000, Komo VMC 50/120, and vertical milling machines
- Use Mastercam CAD/CAM software to define efficient tooling operations to create high quality parts
- Reading engineering drawings and job orders to determine specifications and tooling instructions
- Measuring dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures
- Keep work area clean maintain equipment in proper working order
- Fill out job travelers, time cards and other required documentation
- At least five years’ experience with CNC lathe and milling machines as well as manual machining tools
- Problem solver that can multi-task
- Ability to work without supervision while also working within larger team
- Strong attention to detail
