After reading your statement, you are most likely to lack the skills that this position requires.

Lessons are learned....... I hope many feel proud.
Knowing the feedback to come how many would post a help wanted ad here?
Years ago it different, now, not me. Seems so many want to trash somebody or complain and just a simple job opening is a way to do it.
I do not think this the place on the board for such going on and wonder how it now looks from the outside.

Does seem like a lot of sociopaths in that line .... Vinod Khosla, Zuckerberg, Larry Page, Ellison, who was the fat one that started Lotus ? and the ever-popular Bill Gates. But Hans and Mr McAfee kind of win the prize ...

Maybe many years of computer programming makes one different or a bit mad. Perhaps some yet to be known radiation thing.
I was a normal person once and then got addicted to building castles in the sky.
No longer how I make money but happy time is churning out code and will go days with no sleep if latched onto something.
I shut the rest of the world off and Nirvana sets in. If I do take a break and sleep the dreams are code. You wake up and make notes of that dream.
This is not right... A curse or addiction I am not sure which.

I will also do the same sort on tool geometries, grinds and chip formation, shear planes and more.
I think I may be not right in the head. What sort of normal person dreams code or the chip on a cutting tool in use?
    Bob

Probably, but I did stay in a holiday Inn express last night so I just might have a shot.
