Great question Doug!

My modus operandi conflicted slightly. I constantly push the limits, am very technical.
I am lucky to have a very peculiar resume. I doubt that there is a single business that can leverage all my "skills".
I was there for just a touch less than 9 years. In that time, NOBODY left, aside from a single retirement.

I left to pursue building my own business.
Why would I do that?
We'll, there is a massive shortage of shops\people to handle all the work thats out there right now. I also wanted to develop myself in the business end of things.
Im in a good position financially, and skill wise... Im well known in the area.
Lastly, a number of people\contacts have highly recommended I do so.

I left on excellent terms, and would gladly return. The feeling is reciprocal.
We plan to collaborate moving forward. Pretty tough to turn down the opportunity I have.

But this isnt about me
