most millwrights are not expert electricians or plumbers.
.
sure can check if a motor getting power or it fuses are not blown. just saying a Automated Equipment Mechanic is more electrical and in particular programmable logic controllers and trouble shooting. a AEM might not be best at moving heavy equipment or making parts in a machine shop or welding steel. also AEM often make a lot more money

millwrights more for setting up equipment or doing heavy equipment rebuilding. some AEM refuse to get grease and oil on their hands. just saying they are often quite different
