You got a good lathe, how did the rollers work?...Phil
Thanks! They worked pretty good especially when loading on the edge of the garage. We had some come lose and roll away, but we were taking our time and just used these awesome toe jacks to reposition them. Would be awesome if they had an articulating head that was magnetic.

Got here positioned into place. Y buddy is going to let me borrow his level and I'll most likely set it on steel plates when I go to level it.PXL_20201122_154557309.jpgPXL_20201122_161455244.MP.jpgPXL_20201122_161522295.jpgPXL_20201122_165143653.jpgPXL_20201122_170126767.jpg

Thanks for the toe jack picture. I hadn't seen ones like that before. A quick search shows Hilman prices them at $1,564. There are also 5 and 25 ton models.

You want steel plates under the jack screws. It makes them easier to turn and prevents the screw from digging into the concrete.

That's exactly what I was planning on using per the manual. [emoji106][emoji123]

Gbent, when you work for a fortune 500 company, you can afford top shelf tools. Lol!

I have that lathe's bigger brother (that needs to go). You will like it, guaranteed.
Lol! Whare are you located? I'm not ready for another lathe yet. Have to pay for this one first. Shouldn't take long. Got some pics?
