1942 - maybe a Lend Lease deal. Can we have it back now? These are listed in the serial book as "2LU" which I will guess stands for #2 Light Type Universal
Post photos of the machine if you can, the mills are fairly scarce here. If you are working on the machine, you will find the manuals not really concise, but the machines are very easy to work on, and interesting in construction.
