Cincinnati 207MK control voltage

I do have one question. How do I rotate the table on this mill? It is not at zero, and none of the screws near it seem to do anything. ]
Thanks,

Scratch all this. It was rust in the bottom of the hole for the table shutoff when it reaches the end of it's travel. Damn thing would reset itself after several minutes while I was troubleshooting.

We just received a used 207MK, and after about 10 minutes the hydraulic pump shuts off, and everything stops. I don't have much info on this mill, can anyone tell me what the control voltage is? I'm suffering from a lack of documentation. I remember reading 5v somewhere, but have been unable to find that info again. On the bottom of the transformer furthest post to the left I have 2 wires coming off, but there is no constant voltage. Occasionally I get 5v, but that drops to zero fairly quickly.
Thanks,
Matt

wired at 3p 240v, L2 is a high leg
all limiter switches seem to be disabled
contactor can be held closed to run hydraulic pump
