Cincinnati #3 power feed

I got a cincinnati #3 seral # 2A3P1M-52 horizontal milling machine... because I could move it and they wanted it gone. I brought it home, set it up, cleaned it up and turned it on. It all works except for the power feed. The rapid traverse works on all 3 axis but no power feed otherwise. Any help would be appreciated.

No. 3 Plain M. S. Dial Type Mill Model EA, ER, OM BUILT IN 1943.

On the left column side by the speed dial.Near the speed change handle, there is a pipe plug. Put a pressure gauge in that spot. You should have 300 to 325 Psi. In the sight glass right above the speed dial, you should have oil dripping or running in the sight glass. If pressure needs adjusting, its is under the over arm near the middle of the column. You may have a shifter forks may loose, broken pin. Pictures of each side of the machine would help.

The spindle has to be running for the feeds to work.
