Hi,
I have an Arrow 1000 850sx mill. I'm trying to adjust the tool absent proximity switch. When I clamp and unclamp the tool, I have very little throw to work with (about .010). My other Arrow mill has about .150 throw for adjustment. I have taken the push rod and draw bar out cleaned and lubed. I set the spring height and gaps to proper specs, same as my other mill. I still have no throw adjustment with the tool in and out.
Checking to see if anyone has had the same problem.
