Default Cincinnati power feed problem help please

Hi Has anyone any experience with a Cincinnati no 2 universal mill, I have no power feed or rapid traverse, I have had this problem before and reconditioned the oil pump and would work, But this time nothing, I haven't checked the oil pressure as yet as I need a 500 psI gauge, I have ordered one and waiting for it to come in, I have put the complete pump / side plate on it from a good running machine but still nothing, The gears just grind but dont seem to select, AndI have noticed that the good machine has the shaft that goes in to the rapid travers turing and on the mache that has no feed it is not turning, If you try to turn it by hand it turns slowly for a bit and stops.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I found the problem , a pipe had come off, now I have over 500 psi oil pressure and the relieve valve adjustment makes no difference whatsoever, the dump line must have a problem, but I cant find any information as to how this works, a drawing would really help if anyone has one. of any advice please
