Cincinnati serial number request. 37B-20599-1

I got an orphan Cincinnati name plate with the S/N 37B-20599-1.
Any one have The Book handy?

Of the several "Cincinnati" in the serial book - none display that type of number - especially not the milling machine folks

The mill folks made their numbers tell a story - such as 4A3U1K - 4A is high speed dial type, 3U is #3 Universal and 1K is 1941

That is a number given out for special machines. It probably a 1937 built machine. Example in book 41B 426999-2 use for a special broaching machine. It may be a prototypes, etc. A picture would help.
