I just got a toolmaster 1D
Anyone have a manual?
Thanks in advance

Also some help neededimage.jpg

I have this collet holder
Is it possible to remove it
If so how do I do it
It only came with one collet

On the power down feed, everything seems to be working
But I don't know how to engage it to the quill

Also the x table power feed is missing the guts
Will a servo or enco import power feed fit this machine?

Thanks for your help

i have a manual , but i believe there are scans available online which you can download for free . someone here knows where to download from.

it cost about $25 to have one
copied at kinkos last time i checked .

i paid about $40 for mine about 15 yers ago from Cincinnati Milacron (remember them?) and it's just a shitty photocopy of an old
manual ( complete with smudges) with a fancy blue cover.

Thank you
I looked for a 1-D manual but couldn't find one online
Ozark woodworker has something but it's 75$
I'll keep looking
Is yours specific for the toolmaster 1-D?

Thanks all
I got the service manual printed
And the operators manual emailed
I removed the collet holder from the spindle
I'm just about done fitting a servo table feed to the X axis
Now I just need a gib
Parts and parts wanted $375 for the gib and screw
Thanks for all the help
