Douglas Machinery horizontal that tagged along with the L&S 16".

A small horizontal is a fantastic little tool to have around. Can't say I use the Cincy at work every day, but there are many times it makes my life a LOT easier. One of the uses is changing the bolt pattern on a pump volute. Instead of having to figure how to hold a volute vertical to drill new holes or slot the ones that are there, you can just flop the volute on the table and clamp it off, then drill or slot horizontally. I have actually done some smaller pumps without even removing the volute. Sit the entire pump on the table and knock it out.

Damn, good idea. Guess I'll have to pull the arbor and see what taper tooling it uses and start getting tooled up.

And yeah, it comes in handy, and saves time on certain things vs. setup on a vertical.
