Help identifying a Cincinatti #2 mill

I am looking at a #2 horizontal mill with serial number 2J2U1T-92 . From what I found it is a 2MI model 00. Can someone please give me a date of manufacture?
Also looking for an operators manual. I have found a parts manual online.
Anything in particular to look for? Only milling I have done is on a VS Bridgeport and have zero experience on a horizontal,

The U in 2J2U means universal as well. This is handy:
