Your K&T holder looks like one from a machine with a tool changer. There were a couple different sizes.
We tried to salvage some K&T 180 size when we bought a new 200 many years ago. The straight shank holders had developed so much wear/runout we gave up and bought new ones. I'd check that before spending a lot of money.
