Yes. Almost all the parts from a 2H and 2HL are interchangeable.
As Hobbyshop mentioned, most are interchangeable. But I have recently worked through some repairs and fixes on both a 2H and 2HL that I recently acquired, and found many things that were very close, but were NOT the same. The setup of the crossfeed bearing thrust adjustment was different. Also, the tabledrive bevel gears were identical, but the actual crossfeed bracket box was not. Saddle gibs different. Telescoping covers for tablefeed shaft and the shaft itself different. I'm sure many other examples, but the handles were interchangeable!
