Say thread requirement for the KNOBS and I will see what is in the collection - which are all black and plastic - with metallic inserts for threads

John, if you have dozens with various dia/pitch fem fittings, sure I’d be selective, can get meas. Tomorrow. If u have 6 knobs only, with different mating holes, I’d gladly adapt all non-fitting ones. Anyway I’ll measure tomorrow and post results.

John,
Probably, the threaded insert should not be a strict requirement. I have several machines with plastic thread that survived undamaged half a century or more of abuse.
If John Oder fails to find what you want among his collection, McMaster-Carr has a good selection of new ones and they're fairly cheap: McMaster-Carr

3/8-24 is the way the levers needing knobs are threaded. I need three only at this time but would take 4 to have a spare if you have enuf.

I'll crawl up in the barn and see what's there

On Edit

4 ea NOS in BLACK plastiic with steel 3/8-24 insert - which shows some rust. Probably need to run in a tap to clean them up

These are 2" balls - may look a little clunky on a #2 mill

Too fat for for SFR box, so you get to pay for a medium

PM a mailing address if wanted

You get to decide if they are worth more than the cost to ship them

I see McMaster Carr has a broad choice of them for very little $ each
