Neat video, what mill is in it?

I'd guess Cincinnati by the inset ring around the spindle flange

Here is my thirties 2M I had forty years back - its levers say it is somewhat older that the one in the film

Cincy was my first thought. I'm not mad about the set up, putting that very nicely polished shaft straight down on the tables slots. Clamping straight onto the shaft is a no-no for me also. Vee blocks with a protecting strip of aluminium and the same ally strip under the nose of the clamp would be better I think.
