Van Norman spindle design?

I was studying the Van Norman manual for the 1rq page 16 published 1967 and saw something I was wondering if you all have experience with. The plane spindle shows a bushing installed in a 40 taper for the 5V collet. The quill feed spindle is only shown with the 30 taper and not the 5V version. My question is there a drawing for the 5V spindle and does it show the 5V version as bushed into the 30 taper spindle???

I don't think I've ever seen a NMTB30-5V, but it's not hard to make. Check the manuals section here to see if there's a drawing. John Kasunich used to have a drawing of it on his Van Norman page, but I have no idea if that even still exists. It's not a difficult piece to make, except the woodruff key slot.
