This may get you there if you can afford to stay off the part a couple thou. Or you could notch out the shank a little on a grinding wheel.

That sketch looks like about a 1/16 shank. Probably won't last too long.

I have seen tools that are radiused top and bottom that would work, but can't remember where. Sorry, but it is out there.

check out ingersoll chip surfer line. it will most likely be a special but it does open up the option for other tooling choices for later use
