    Default .03" corner rounding endmill

    I need help locating a corner rounding endmill that looks like the picture. the radius is .03". any help would be appreciated.

    Wouldn't need that corner rounder if you made it in the lathe .03" corner rounding endmill

    This may get you there if you can afford to stay off the part a couple thou. Or you could notch out the shank a little on a grinding wheel.

    That sketch looks like about a 1/16 shank. Probably won't last too long.

    What about a concave lathe bit in a flycutter?

    But, yeah. Lathe.

    I have seen tools that are radiused top and bottom that would work, but can't remember where. Sorry, but it is out there.

    check out ingersoll chip surfer line. it will most likely be a special but it does open up the option for other tooling choices for later use

    Full Radius, Top and Bottom Corner Rounders | AB Tools, Inc.

    May need to neck it back further but this will get you going.
