So we tried to change programs and the machine locks up with a message that reads;
UNRECOVERABLE MEMORY ERROR AT 8CC0
USE THE 'NE' CMD TO CLEAR MEMORY
PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE
So I tried the 'NE' cmd, and nothing, the control will not allow me to type in the cmd. It refreshes the screen with the same message. So I though the battery on the motherboard might have dies. Checked it and sure enough it was dead, so we changed it and reinstalled the board. Again the same thing. I cant get the control to do anything.
Any help?
