The title explains my issue for the most part. Using Fanuc control system.

This is the beginning of my programme. The hole is 6.5 inches from the backface of the job and at an incline of 10 degrees. The hole is 0.378” down from a diameter of 5.13”. Position of hole by calculations should be 4.374”(Diameter). My issue is that the drill goes around 17.5mm further below the X0.0 resulting in the hole being out of position.
Thanks for any help in advance my post is probably extremely vague.
