I recently purchased a 96 Cincinnati Arrow 500 VMC. I got it all hooked up to power and turn the disconnect on and everything boots up ok but when I go to turn on the machine with the power button on the controller it throws alarm 39-11 Air pressure failure. I have air going to the machine and what I would think would be enough air and I can hear air coming out of the spindle. I am just at a loss as to what to do. I am not a machine tech by any means. Any help would be appreciated.

You might not have high enough air pressure, it will alarm out if the pressure is too low. If you follow the path of the air into the machine, there will be a big regulator right after the air connection point. Try increasing the pressure on the regulator. After the big regulator, there is a sensor/switch that tells the control when the air pressure isn't high enough. You can bypass that to troubleshoot, its NC when you have enough pressure.
