Hello everyone!
New to the site and honestly I don't have a clue if this is the appropriate forum to post my problem of the day in. Anywho let's get into it.
I own a 97' Cincinnati milacron hawk 150 with an acramatic 2100 control. Few weeks ago had a bar support fail shearing the actuating cylinder. Replaced the cylinder easy enough, but ever since I've been getting periodic "X AXIS SERVO FAIL", X AXIS EXCESS", and "SPINDLE DRIVE NOT READY" alarms. Simple data reset and the machine was back up, no biggie. WELL! Then there's today. Came in this morning to a machine that looked like it just rebooted itself. Wouldn't align and threw constant spindle drive alarms. Shut the machine off and tried to reboot but now it won't power back on. So anybody have an idea what could be the case??? Haha!
